Translational Symposium in Head & Neck Oncology: Immunotherapy in Head & Neck Cancer - Friday 16th March 2018

Following the successful Head & Neck Symposia in 2009 and 2010, the Liverpool ECMC, in collaboration with the Mersey Head & Neck Oncology Research Group, are proud to present the third Translational Symposium in Head & Neck Oncology. With presentations from an exciting and dynamic faculty of speakers we aim to summarise and present contemporary evidence on the use of immunotherapy in treatment of head & neck cancer. We will also showcase current clinical trials in head & neck cancer. We would like to welcome oncologists, surgeons, trainees, nurse specialists and allied health professionals.

Venue: Merseyside Maritime Museum

The Merseyside Maritime Museum offers superb facilities for symposia with excellent lecture theatures, catering and warm welcome guaranteed. While attending the symposium you can enjoy unrivalled views of the Albert Dock and Liverpool's historic waterfront.

Getting to the Merseyside Maritime Museum

By Road - The Albert Dock is on the waterfront close to Liverpool city centre and the Liverpool One complex. It is clearly signposted from the motorway and other main routes into the city centre. You may want to use AA Route Planner to plan your journey.

By Train - Merseyside Maritime Museum is about a 20 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station - Liverpool's mainline train station.

Parking - The nearest car parks are located in the Liverpool One complex opposite the entrance to the Albert Dock. Q-Park Strand Street has 2000 underground spaces, Q-Park Gradwell Street has 560 multi-storey spaces and Q-Park John Lewis has 580 multi-storey spaces. The entrance to the Strand Street car park is opposite the Albert Dock and is accessible from the centre of the road in both directions.
