Biomarkers in urological oncology:

Dr Hussain is the chief investigator exploring biomarker identification within the BC2001 trial tissue bank in collaboration with Professor James from University of Birmingham. 

In collaboration with the MRC CDSS (Dr Daniel Antoine, Prof Munir Pirmohammed) he is also exploring novel biomarkers of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity
