Following informed consent, eligible patients will undergo PET/CT scanning, a documented management decision will be made before PET/CT and after (blinded and unblinded), patients will then undergo planned treatment (resection, chemotherapy, other), and follow-up (including biopsy where clinically indicated and health � related quality of life measurements) for at least 12 months.
